Prepared to forgive Halle Rocks on her last run, where she couldn't go with them over the concluding stages. She'll face the starter in the Laser Eye Sprint, 1000m. Undefeated at the trip and winner at only run this track and distance. Worked beautifully on Tuesday morning over 600m, stopping the clock at 36.91 and 11.91 last furlong. Spot on for this and looks the one to beat if she can avoid trouble from barrier 13

Tres Viteis one for the multiples. Impressive on debut and trained on well since. Worked home nicely on Tuesday morning, last furlong in 11.63, excellent work!

Not a lot of exposed form to go by in the Alternate Rail Hcp, 1200m for 2yo's. The Peter Moody trained debutante Convene, won a recent barrier trial by two lengths at Cranbourne. Shown enough to suggest she'll run well on the weekend. She's by first season sire Zizou and a half sister to a very good horse, Headway. Tuesday morning she worked over 800m in 52.97 and 38.38 last 600m. Forward enough to fire.

Monitor market moves on Confederate Lad. Stable can produce a 2yo, there's a bit of a whisper going around for him.

The Fairy's Kisshas drawn a nightmare alley, barrier 14, in the Construction Engineering Plate, 1200m. Has a 5kg weight pull on the toppie, 3rd up from a spell, should be very competitive once again. Tuesday she worked over 1000m in 1.05.21 and 24.36 last 400m.

The Robert Smerdon trained Tai Tai Tess gave backers a sight at good odds last start, running a nice 3rd behind Classic Elle over 1200m, on a slow track. Will have to shoulder 60kg to win. #rd up from a spell, rates as an e/w chance. Tuesday she worked over 800m in 54.0 and 25.25 last 400m.

Plucky Belleworked the best of the Caulfield trio. She strode over 800m in 51.28, last 600m in 36.65.

Sidecarcontinues to race well without winning. always thereabouts in decent metro grade company. Rates as at least a place hope in the Johnstaff Hcp, 2040m. Prefers drier tracks and should get conditions to suit here. Tuesday morning he galloped with Highly Recommended over 1600m, clocking 1.54 and 36.57 last 600m. (Reverse Sydney way).

Testascanajust got nutted on the line in the Golden Mile at Bendigo. He's at peak fitness now and always holds form when he strikes it. Look out for him in the Thomas Hanley Mile. Excellent record this track and distance, pnly concern the awkward barrier. Tuesday he strode over 1200m in 1.20.41 and 37.66 last 600m.

Eclair Surpriseis the smokey runner for the day.. Resumed racing with an excellent 3rd to Faster Son, hitting the line nicely, beaten 1.1L to the line. Follow him this time in, he'll win races! Tuesday he worked over 1000m in 1.05, home 36.50 last 600m.

Cosmic Causewayhasn't won first up in the past, but he's been ticking over nicely on the training track, one for the blackbook this time in. Tuesday he breezed over 800m in 52.54 and 37.09 last 600m. He'll resume racing in the Device Tech Hcp, 1200m.

Highly Recommendedwill represent the Moody Stable in the Rosehill Guineas, 2000m at Group 1 level. What he lacks in class, he makes up for in determination. Probably not as good as the top liners here, but he'll give his best and won't be far away at the business end. Worked wellTtuesday morning the reverse way, clocking 1.54 and 36.57 (600m) over 1600m. Nice each way hope.

Proliferatewas set for this race at the start of his prep. Ran well 2nd up in the A Clarke Stakes. This is his grand final, Mick is very pleased with his progress going into this.

Curtanadidn't look comfortable in slow conditions last start in the Wenona Girl Stakes. If she gets conditions to suit in the Ascend Birthday Card Stakes, she'll be very hard to hold out. Peter is very happy with her progress in Sydney and they are expecting her to run well again.
