Friday night racing returns to Moonee Valley and punters could get off to a flying start with Clinton Affair in race 1, the Sportingbet Plate, 1200m.Highly rated 3yo Snitzel colt from the Peter Moody yard, who has a perfect race record of 2 from 2. Working nicely on the training track and drawn to get a nice run in transit. Tuesday morning he strode over 800m in 52.11 and 37.46. Ready to fire!

Eximus would need to improve considerably on his first up performance at Morninghton, however he did run into a smart one on the day.

Black Caviar's little cousin Arctic Flight, resumes in the Mitchelton Wines Hcp, 1200m. Very capable on her day and her trackwork leading into this has been excellent. Tuesday morning she worked over 800m in 51.46 and 23.46 last 400m. Monitor market moves closely.

Elite Elle and Saturn Rock will contest the TBV Champagne Stakes over 1200m. Hard to see them knocking off  Snitzerland, but they're both racing well and connections are pleased with their progress going into this.

The Mick Price trained Tres Vite resumes in the flying 955m Essendon Mazda Challenge and has the benefit of drawing the coveted number 1 barrier. Very classy mare who should be in this helter skelter affair for a long way. Tuesday morning she worked over 800m in 51.24, without raising a sweat. Should represent good value on both totes.

Ready To Rip has had a 5 week freshen up and looks well placed in the Moir Stakes, 1200m. Quality field assembled on paper. He's been racing in career best form since arriving from Queensland. Tuesday morning he worked with Curtana over 800m, clocking 53.16 and 39.27 last 600m.

Atomic Force has settled into his new enviroment  and was reported to have worked very well  during the week. Top class sprinter who has the services of N Rawiller

Green Birdie is definitely one for the multiples punters.

Guns At Five looks a good placed bet in the JRA Cup, run over 2040m. Excellent run second up behind Precedence over 1600m. He's only going to get better as he rises in distance. Nearing peak fitness and working extremely well on the training track. Tuesday morning he galloped over 1600m in 1.50.19 and 39.11 last 600m.

Best from Caulfield on Sunday, Chateau Margaux in the Sabo Watches Plate, 1800m. Looks ready to win. Tai Tai Tess in the Orion Expedition Cup- 1400m and Callanish in the PPS Hcp, 1700m.
