Step 1.

Open the image in Microsoft Paint

Step 2.

Select IMAGE from the menu, then select STRETCH/SKEW

Step 3.

Type 50% for Horizontal and 50% for the Vertical stretch then select ok

Step 4.

Save your image and now you are ready to upload.
