Snitty Kitty heads to Rosehill to tackle the Group 1 Galaxy Stakes, run over 1100m. Cracking gallop at home on Tuesday morning, working the reverse way over 800m in 48.42 and 21.76 last 400m. Serious mare who is well up to this lot, only needs luck in running to figure prominently.

Outstanding win last start by Secret Agenda, who got up and nailed them in the last stride. Jumping out of her skin since and heads to the Group One William Reid Stakes under lights at Moonee Valley. Had a serious gallop on Saturday morning and trainer Mick Price couldn’t be happier with her going into this.

Bons Away worked super at the Valley on Tuesday morning over 800m, clocking 51.0 and a tick on 23.0 last 400m.

The Mick Price duet consisting of Seabrook and Prairie Fire head to Sydney for the rich  “Grp 1” Golden Slipper Stakes. They worked over 1000m in 1.11 and 27.55 last 400m. Both had their main gallops on Saturday and are trained to the minute for this race. Stable very upbeat about their prospects.

Palazzo Vecchio should be very hard to hold out of the finish in the G3 Alexandra Stakes, run on Friday night over 1600m for the 3yo fillies. Loving stable life at the minute and perfectly placed at this stage of her prep. Wasn’t pushed hard Tuesday, working over 1200m in 1.24.50 and 25.03 last 400m.

Always had a lot of time for the J Sadler trained Brahmos, who was impressive last start when up  on the pace throughout. Taken a lot of benefit from that run and I expect he’ll be in it up to his ears in the United Petroleum Hcp, 1200m, Saturday meeting at Mornington. Lovely trial on Tuesday morning, up on the bit and under a nice hold.

Villermont takes on the 3yo’s in the Grp 1 Rosehill Guineas and represents nice each way value for punters. The extra distance will suit, he was making some ground to the line in the Aus Guineas and should be at his peak for this. Galloped at Rosehill during the week over 1000m in 1.07.25, last 400m in 24.50 , Blake Shinn aboard.
