Q. How much does it cost to list a horse for sale?

A. It costs $88 to have your horse advertised for 90 days and you also receive a full catalogue style pedigree.

Q. Can I add photo's?

A. Yes, we highly recommend you add at least 1 high quality digital photo to optimise your chance of success. For the best results please click here for our guide.

Q. Can I add video?

A. Yes, we have 2 options for adding video. Option (1) You can upload your video directly. (Supported formats are WMV, AVI and MPG). Option (2) Add YouTube Video ID.

Q. How long before my Ad will appear live on the site?

A. Once you have completed adding your Ad and payment has processed then your Ad will appear on the site immediately.

Q. How long does my listing stay live on the site?

A. Your listing will be live on the site for 90 days at which you can opt to renew your listing for a further 90 days by purchasing further credit.

Q. How do I edit my listing?

A. Simply click on the ‘Login’ tab on the top right hand side of the home page and enter you login details, select ‘Edit Listing’ from the top blue navigation bar, find the correct listing and click on ‘edit listing’.

Q. My horse is Sold, how do I remove it?

A. Simply click on the ‘Login’ tab on the top right hand side of the home page and enter you login details, select ‘Edit Listing’ from the top blue navigation bar, find the correct listing and click on ‘MAKE SOLD’.

Q. When is my Credit Card processed?

A. Your payment is processed in ‘Real Time’ and the transaction will be complete when your listing goes live.

Q. Is my payment secure?

A. Yes. All transactions are processed on an SSL certified secure payment gateway via Westpac Banking Corporation.
